Rooted in Eddie’s most sentimental food memories, Gazebo fuses his Chinese upbringing, Floridian rave past, and his recent culinary exploration of olive oil in Chinese cuisine — inspired by his wife’s family-owned Grecian olive groves.

It’s a little bit love story, a little bit club night, and a whole lot of flavor.
